The Transformation into Art Ribbons

Today’s session at Upwards Art Studio offered a profound moment of discovery. The phrase “Out of the mouths of babes” came to mind as we explored the next stage of the Art Ribbon Workshop.

We extend heartfelt gratitude to Amelia and her dedicated team—Lisa, Monique, and Wren—for their invaluable support. With our collective focus on Peace, paint was transformed into text and symbols, marking the third stage of the ribbon process.

Looking ahead, next month we will continue to enrich our canvas ribbons with words of encouragement from the community. We invite you to join us, alongside our fiscal sponsor, First United Church, at 435 21st Street West from 12:00–3:00 p.m., for another afternoon of creative inspiration and shared vision.
